Last week, I roasted sweet potatoes and cooked them with caramelized onions and coconut milk. They were delicious! Now, I read about a new toast trend, sweet potato toast. Unlike avocado toast, sweet potato toast doesn’t include bread. This is a great idea for a gluten free breakfast.
