Allergies are awful. Pollen is everywhere here. I am eating honey straws from a local company to keep the sneezing at bay. I am not sure if it works, but it is tastes good. I made bacon jam yesterday.

Recently, I started following Alexis Nikole on TikTok who is doing these wonderfully funny and informative foraging videos. Civil Eats wrote about Alexis. I love her energy, and I think foraging is a great way to know more about food.
