Ash Wednesday Eating
As a lapsed Catholic, I don’t always follow the fasting rules of the Lenten season. On Wednesday, I didn’t eat meat. I had eggs and black beans for breakfast and a catfish sandwich for lunch and dinner. My goal has been to eat more vegetables but now I want to give vegetables the main character energy.
