My Week In Food
I tried to make a turkey meatloaf but my meatloaf would not stand. Instead it looked like a giant turkey burger. I used garlic paste, onions, breadcrumbs and one egg. I also used Brooklyn Delhi Curry Ketchup. It was delicious!
Make “Fryday” Cleanup Easier With Stearic Acid
Once my friends invited people over for a “Fryday”. Everyone was encouraged to bring food to be cooked in the newly purchased deep fryer. I made fried whoopie pies and they were awesome. Anyway, I hesitate to fry food because of the cleanup. Using stearic acid is a better way to dispose of cooking oil.

My sister sent me this photo of a burger she had at NFA Burger in Atlanta. NFA stands for “not fooling around” and this burger is the truth. It was named by Food and Wine as the best burger in Georgia.
Seltzer Recommendation
I had the most delicious seltzer from Something and Nothing. It is a hibiscus and rose seltzer. It would make a great mixer with gin or Sorel liqueur.
I Love Sardines
Years ago I made a salad from a recipe I read that had sardines, feta cheese and pasta. It was delicious, and I try to keep sardines in my pantry because I know I can always use them for a quick meal. Cathy Erway writes about sardines for Taste and they are
