I got my second vaccine dose last Wednesday. It did wipe me out for a few days, but it is totally worth getting it. I feel a sense of relief. Saturday, I had an epiphany. After a year of fear, I am angry about the pandemic. We all lost a year due to a lack of leadership, grace and humanity. I hope we learn and do better.

Ten years ago, I got a chance to learn about gluten in flour when I went to a blogger retreat at Smuckers headquarters in Orrville, Ohio.
